Aaron has been told by his young nieces that he acts like a robot sometimes. Perhaps this is due to his time spent at the Royal Air Force Academy. Students were taught to maintain correct posture at all times and to be fluid yet precise in their movements, especially when using airplane instruments. There is always anxiety in the back of his mind that feels like everything will fall apart if he consciously "slacks off", and if someone points out that he has unknowingly relaxed his posture, he'll become rigid and almost paranoid. A few times he's even apologized for it. To most outsiders, Aaron always look serious and unapproachable. The simple task of examining the nutritional value on a jar of peanut butter will turn his expression into a serious frown, though he doesn't know it. To family and close friends, he's a completely different person (after taking a few minutes to wind down, that is). He loves to laugh and is extremely protective of the ones he loves. It's been getting harder to visit with the whole family on holidays, though, since his three other siblings all have families of their own. His parents constantly ask him if he's met anyone but his answer is always "not yet". Aaron isn't one to settle but his standards for a woman have been deemed "too high" by his mother after years of waiting for her son to settle down. If one approaches Aaron, they'll receive a friendly smile and a firm handshake. Although he isn't one to go out of his way most of the time to introduce himself, he doesn't mind others introducing themselves. Unless he's focusing, of course. There's one thing you can be certain of with Aaron, and that's quality work. His landings are almost always smooth, he always follows directions with new things, and he always takes his time on a task, no matter how daunting it is. (That's what can put him in a bad mood sometimes.) History: The third son of Malcolm and Marie Wright was born on November 22nd in London, England. He was the first son and had two older sisters. Malcolm Wright owned the family funeral home and Marie Wright was a traditional wife. It was obvious from a young age that Aaron was interested in airplanes, but his parents figured it was normal for a young boy. It wasn't until high school that Aaron realized he wanted to be a pilot. When he told his parents he'd applied for the Royal Air Force they were surprised, but Marie was supportive. Malcolm, on the other hand, was disappointed that his first son wouldn't be taking over the funeral home. Aaron assured his father that once he was finished with his pilot career he'd be happy to take over, but that didn't seem good enough. Now it was up to the last child -or second son- to take over. At first Aaron's brother didn't want to give up his own college plans, but after a few years of working with his father, he was excited.
That dropped a weight off Aaron's shoulders, or so he thought. Despite his father being proud for all Aaron accomplished at Cranwell, it was obvious he was still disappointed in his choice. The year after graduating from the academy, Aaron's father become seriously ill. When they thought he was dying, Malcolm called the family in to hear his final thoughts. Most of it was praise, except when it was Aaron's turn. His father told him that he was a disappointment to the family -although the rest of the family disagreed- and that nothing he did would change that. Aaron offered to take over the family business, but his father shook his head and told him it was already done.
Two days later, Aaron's father miraculously healed and lived. Aaron mentioned the words his father had said, but the man merely shook his head and told him to forget about it. That wasn't good enough for Aaron, and his father's almost-last-words have haunted him ever since.
Aaron never attended "regular" college. He studied at the Air Force Academy.
