She became a doctor because she values human life and wishes to protect it. Sometimes people assume she is a very cold person, but that's not true. Abigale just isn't very talkative nor does she engage in a lot of social activity. She's a good listener and cares about those closest to her. She just doesn't openly show it. She is not a fan of physical affection. Abigail shows love in more cerebral ways. She's very shy and introverted. When she was a little girl, she hardly ever spoke to anyone, even her close friends. It's difficult to get her out of her shell. In social situations, she has a tendency to be rigid. It is so obvious she's uncomfortable around other people, that it's really painful to watch. One-on-one, she is a totally different person. She lights up like a million stars when she's around a good friend or someone she likes. She enjoys have deep, intellectual conversations about a wide array of different subjects. Her primary mode of operation is through logic and wisdom. She isn't completely out of tune with her emotions, but it is clear she favors reasoning over feeling. She's very practical and down to Earth. She doesn't particularly care for women who are extremely vain. She simply believes there is more to life than obsessing over one's vanity.  She's spent the majority of her life alone. Although she loves her job, she feels as though she is missing something in her life, and she's getting tired. History: On April 22, Abigail was born to Henry and Margaret Quinn. She was their first child. Her father was a gardener for the Barnard family in England and her mother was a nanny for the same family. The family was particularly wealthy, working in the Oil Industry. Abigail grew up alongside the Barnard children. She became best friends with the middle child, a boy named Noah. They were childhood sweethearts. When Abi was seven, her younger sister, Julia was born. Abigail grew to be very protective over her younger sister. Noah and Abigail attended Primary School together. They were the best of pals. They sat next to each other at lunch, were partners for every class assignment, and playmates on the playground at recess. They were inseparable. After Primary school, Noah went to a very expensive private school to continue his education. Abigail's parents were not rich, so they could not afford to send her there. She began attending public school instead. She was a very quiet kid in school. She kept to herself and spent most of her time studying. Eventually, she graduated at the top of her class and was accepted into Oxford University. After she graduated, Noah took her to their secret spot in the gardens and proposed to her. She accepted. When Noah's parents found out, they yelled at him. They said he couldn't marry someone so much lower than him. Abigail heard the entire thing. The next day, she broke their engagement. Noah was heartbroken, but he understood. The next fall, she went off to Oxford to study medicine. She made a few friends here and there, but, again, she mostly kept to herself. After graduating, she got a job at a nearby hospital. She worked the ER. Her hours were insane, but they really didn't matter because Abigail had no family really. Her parents both moved from England to America. She truly was alone now. After five years with the hospital, Abigail opened up her own private practice with a few other doctors. She did well for herself. This past month, she flew to America to visit her family, taking her sister with her. When she got there, her parents surprised her sister and her with a trip to the Bahamas.
